About us
We are a team of architects, engineers and interior designers. Using our many years of experience, creativity, desire to give people a cozy place to live, we design houses from SIP panels and other different materials. Our focus is not only on residential buildings, we can create and design public buildings and individual quarters of houses.
We cooperate with many manufacturers of SIP panels and also work with foreign customers (mostly from Norway, England, the Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden and others), apply projects and SIP technologies, and our partners produce and deliver materials.

A SIP panelis a structurally insulated panel.
SIP is a perfect as load-bearing structural materials for walls, partitions and roofs. In addition, they also perform the function of thermal insulation partitions. SIP house design and construction features
The Sip house is designed taking into account that the SIP panel combines both structural and thermal insulation elements. The SIP shield is both a “supporting frame” and a thermal insulation material together. Thanks to the crown, perimeter beams, all the panels are connected into a single structure (shell), thanks to which the walls of the house do not “walk”, no cracks appear. The lightweight design of SIP panels allows for savings when installing cheaper foundations, as loads are reduced by up to 10 times compared to masonry. Excessive load resistance, heat loss and slow construction often occur when designing a brick house.
