We cooperate with many manufacturers of SIP panels and also work with foreign customers (mostly from Norway, England, the Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden and others), apply projects and SIP technologies, and our partners produce and deliver materials.
We have many years of experience in both design and construction supervision and look forward to sharing our knowledge with you.
Heat saving. Panel houses according to SIP technology are one of the warmest houses in the world. The construction of SIP houses withstands temperature fluctuations from -50C to + 50C.
Protection against natural disasters. The seamless construction of the SIP house withstands hurricane winds and earthquakes up to 9 points.
Fast and flexible construction. A 150 sqm SIP house can be built in a month and at any time of the year.
Guaranteed longevity of the house. Foam polystyrene is a wall insulation material that does not deform or rot over time.
Fire resistance. The walls of a panel SIP house withstand an open flame for more than an hour.
Good sound insulation.
Low house weight. The construction of a Sip house does not require heavy foundations: it can be built on strip, planar and pole foundations.
Ecological, certified materials are used.
The Sip house is designed taking into account that the SIP panel combines both structural and thermal insulation elements. The SIP shield is both a “supporting frame” and a thermal insulation material together. Thanks to the crown, perimeter beams, all the panels are connected into a single structure (shell), thanks to which the walls of the house do not “walk”, no cracks appear. The lightweight design of SIP panels allows for savings when installing cheaper foundations, as loads are reduced by up to 10 times compared to masonry. Excessive load resistance, heat loss and slow construction often occur when designing a brick house.
