Details
The house has a non-standard shape with a gable roof, designed according to the principle of a passive house. Large windows face south to allow sunlight to enter and heat the house during the winter. On hot days, the balcony and roof of the house protect the house from overheating. On the south and west sides, there is a terrace on the ground floor and a balcony above the terrace on the second floor. Each bedroom has access to a balcony. There is a working space on the ground floor that can be used as a guest room. A parking lot was designed instead of a garage.
