Luxurious irregularly shaped two-storey house made of SIP panels. The shape of the house is determined by the possible building area on the plot. The gable roof is designed at an angle to allow easy installation of solar panels. The second floor has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. In the master bedroom, the study is separated from the bedroom by a sliding door. There is a guest room on the ground floor. On the second floor, along the south and east facades, there is a balcony, which is a canopy of the first floor windows. Above the balcony is also a roof that performs the same function. This way the house does not overheat on hot days. The protruding part of the second floor serves as the roof of the first floor terrace.
